Privacy Notice
Your information, explained clearly.
This notice explains how Nogpor handles personal data across the pre-launch website, account setup and the marketplace features described on this page.
Effective 15 August 2026Pre-launch version
The short version
We collect only the information needed to set up and operate Nogpor, keep the marketplace safer, provide features you ask for and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data. Marketing is optional. You can ask about, correct or request deletion of your personal data by contacting the privacy contact below.
1. Who is responsible for your information
Nogpor is responsible for deciding how personal data collected through this pre-launch service is used. The registered operator details will be added to this notice before the public launch. Until then, privacy questions and rights requests are handled through the following contact:
2. Information we may collect
The information depends on how you use Nogpor. It may include:
- Account and contact details: name, email address, mobile number, city or area, emirate, account type and account preferences.
- Business information: company name, business location, company type, contact person, work contact details, trade licence number or verification information, and information you provide about the business.
- Listings and marketplace content: listing titles, descriptions, prices, photographs, specifications, location or area, seller type, availability and other information you choose to publish.
- Messages and enquiries: messages sent through Nogpor, the listing connected to a conversation, timestamps and information needed to deliver, moderate or investigate the conversation.
- Location information: an emirate, area, distance setting or approximate/precise device location if you actively allow a Near me feature to use it.
- Finance-estimate inputs: item price, deposit, term and other values used to calculate an indicative estimate. Nogpor's estimate is not a credit decision.
- Trust and safety information: reports, verification status, evidence submitted for a report, moderation actions and records needed to prevent misuse.
- Technical information: browser/device information, security logs, diagnostic information and essential preference data such as your chosen light or dark theme.
- Marketing preference: whether you separately chose to receive optional product or offer updates.
The pre-launch form does not ask for payment-card information. Please do not place passport details, Emirates ID details, bank details, card numbers or other highly sensitive information in open text fields or marketplace chat unless Nogpor provides a secure flow that specifically asks for it.
3. Why we use personal data
We use personal data only for specific purposes. Depending on the activity, processing may be necessary to take steps you request before entering into or performing a service relationship, based on your clear consent, required by law, or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal rights.
- create and administer personal or business accounts;
- contact you about account setup, launch, security and service matters;
- publish and manage listings and keep conversations attached to the correct listing;
- provide search, distance and other marketplace controls you request;
- review business identity and trade-licence information for Nogpor Verified;
- calculate indicative finance estimates and, when you choose, help connect you with a relevant financing partner;
- receive reports, investigate misuse, enforce marketplace rules and protect users, Nogpor and third parties;
- maintain, secure, troubleshoot and improve the service using information appropriate for that purpose;
- comply with applicable law, lawful requests and record-keeping obligations; and
- send optional marketing only where you have separately opted in.
4. Location and Near me
You can search by emirate without giving Nogpor precise device location. If you press Near me and your device asks for location permission, location is used to calculate relevant nearby results and distance. You can refuse or later disable device location permission. Disabling it does not prevent you from searching manually by emirate or area.
5. Business verification and trust & safety
For a company to receive a Nogpor Verified badge, Nogpor may review business identity, trade-licence and contact information. Verification confirms the checks stated in the product at the time they are performed. It is not a guarantee of a seller, listing, item, payment or transaction outcome.
Reports and related information may be reviewed by authorised people and used to investigate misleading, duplicate, prohibited or unsafe activity. We may preserve limited records where reasonably necessary to prevent repeat abuse, protect users, respond to disputes or comply with law.
6. Finance estimates and financing partners
Finance figures shown by Nogpor are indicative calculations based on the inputs and assumptions displayed. The current Nogpor estimate does not make an automated credit or eligibility decision about you. A financing partner, not Nogpor, confirms eligibility, documents, rate and any final offer.
If you choose to contact a financing partner from a listing, information needed to respond to that request may be shared with or collected by that partner. Before any partner receives personal information from Nogpor, the interface should identify the partner and the information involved where required. A partner may have its own privacy notice for its separate processing.
7. Who we may share information with
We do not sell personal data. We may share only what is reasonably needed with:
- other marketplace users, where you publish a listing, company profile or choose to communicate with them;
- service providers, such as hosting, security, communications, support, verification or technical providers acting for Nogpor under appropriate instructions;
- financing partners, when you ask to contact or proceed with that partner;
- professional advisers, insurers or transaction advisers, where reasonably necessary and subject to confidentiality duties;
- competent authorities or other parties, where disclosure is required by applicable law, a lawful request, or is necessary to protect legal rights, safety or the integrity of the marketplace.
We do not disclose your phone number to another marketplace user merely because you start an in-platform conversation. You decide if and when you share it, subject to any feature you actively choose.
8. Processing outside the UAE
Some technology or service providers may process information outside the UAE. Where personal data is transferred or processed across borders, Nogpor will use the safeguards and conditions required by applicable UAE law and will assess providers appropriate to the nature of the data and service. You can ask the privacy contact for more information about relevant categories of overseas recipients and safeguards.
9. How long we keep information
We keep personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purpose for which it was collected, to maintain appropriate security and records, to deal with disputes or reports, or to comply with legal obligations. Retention decisions take account of account status, the nature of the data, marketplace safety needs, consent, legal requirements, unresolved claims and normal backup cycles. When information is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised where appropriate.
If you withdraw optional marketing consent, we may keep a minimal suppression record so we can respect that choice. Closing an account or requesting deletion does not always require immediate deletion of information that must be retained by law, is needed to protect another person's rights, or is required for an active legal or safety matter.
10. Security and data incidents
Nogpor uses technical and organisational measures appropriate to the nature of the information and the risks involved. Access to personal data should be limited to people and providers who need it for an authorised purpose. No internet service can promise absolute security.
If a personal-data breach creates the type of risk that requires notification under applicable law, Nogpor will follow the applicable investigation and notification requirements and take reasonable steps to contain and address the incident.
11. Marketing and service messages
Account setup, security, verification, support and launch messages needed to provide the service are not optional marketing. Promotional product news and offers are separate. The optional marketing switch is off by default.
If you opt in to marketing, you can withdraw that choice at any time by using an unsubscribe method in the message or contacting deepaksingh@nogpor.com. Withdrawing marketing consent does not stop necessary account or service communications.
12. Cookies and browser storage
This standalone pre-launch site uses essential browser storage for limited functions such as remembering your light or dark theme. Registration form details are not intentionally stored in your browser by this website. If Nogpor later introduces analytics, advertising technologies or other non-essential tracking, this notice and any consent controls will be updated before those technologies are used where consent is required.
13. Your choices and data-protection rights
Subject to applicable UAE law and relevant exceptions, you may ask for information about personal data being processed, request correction or completion, request deletion, ask to restrict processing, object to or stop certain processing including direct marketing, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, and request portable data in circumstances where that right applies. You may also object to certain decisions based solely on automated processing and request human review where applicable.
To make a request, email deepaksingh@nogpor.com or call +971 55 570 3530. Please describe the request and the account/contact information needed to locate your data. We may need reasonable verification before acting on a request so that personal information is not disclosed to the wrong person.
You also have the right to submit a complaint to the UAE Data Office in accordance with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law. You are welcome to contact Nogpor first so we can try to resolve the issue promptly.
14. Age
Nogpor accounts are intended for people aged 18 and over. Do not create an account if you are under 18. If we learn that an account was created in breach of this rule, we may close it and take appropriate steps regarding the related information.
15. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice as Nogpor moves from pre-launch into public operation, adds providers or partners, or changes how a feature handles personal data. Material changes will be presented clearly and the effective date will be updated. Where a new use of data requires consent, we will ask for it rather than relying on an old choice for an unrelated purpose.
Terms of Use
The rules for using Nogpor.
These Terms govern access to the Nogpor pre-launch website, working preview, early access registration and, when available, the Nogpor marketplace.
Effective 15 August 2026Pre-launch version
The practical version
Use Nogpor lawfully and honestly. Sellers are responsible for their listings and transactions. Nogpor Verified means the stated business checks were completed, not that a transaction is guaranteed. Finance estimates are indicative, and a financing partner makes any final eligibility or offer decision.
1. Accepting these Terms
By creating an account, registering a business, posting a listing or otherwise using account-based Nogpor services, you agree to these Terms. The Privacy Notice explains how personal data is handled and forms part of the information provided when you use Nogpor.
If you use Nogpor on behalf of a company or other organisation, you confirm that you have authority to act for it. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not create or use an account.
2. Eligibility
Nogpor accounts are for people aged 18 and over. You must provide accurate information and keep account details reasonably current. Business account applicants must be authorised to register the business and must provide truthful business and verification information.
3. What Nogpor is, and is not
Nogpor is a classifieds marketplace that helps buyers, sellers and businesses discover listings, communicate and use marketplace tools. Unless a feature expressly says otherwise, Nogpor is not the seller, buyer, landlord, tenant, dealer, agent, owner, payment provider, lender or guarantor in a transaction between users.
Users remain responsible for deciding whether to proceed with a transaction, inspecting items or property where appropriate, checking documents and ownership, agreeing price and terms, and using lawful payment and transfer methods.
4. Accounts and account security
You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and for taking reasonable steps to keep sign-in methods secure. Tell Nogpor promptly if you believe an account has been accessed without permission. We may ask for additional verification before changing sensitive account information or restoring access.
Do not create misleading identities, impersonate another person or business, sell or transfer an account without permission, or create duplicate accounts to evade limits, moderation or enforcement.
5. Listings
You may list only items, property, services or other categories that Nogpor permits. You must have the right and authority to advertise what you list. Information must be materially accurate, including price, condition, location, availability, specifications, seller type and photographs.
Do not use a misleading price, hide material defects or restrictions, claim verification you do not have, duplicate the same listing to manipulate search, or leave unavailable inventory active in a misleading way. Applicable professional, licensing, property, vehicle, consumer and advertising rules remain your responsibility.
6. Prohibited content and conduct
You must not use Nogpor to break the law, infringe another person's rights, facilitate fraud or deception, threaten or harass others, distribute malware, scrape or attack the service, manipulate ratings or reports, or interfere with marketplace security.
Nogpor may prohibit or restrict categories that create legal, safety or platform-integrity risks. A listing being technically possible to post does not mean it is permitted. We may ask for supporting information or remove content while it is reviewed.
7. Company sellers and Nogpor Verified
Private sellers and company sellers are labelled differently. A business may be asked for trade-licence, identity and contact information before a Nogpor Verified badge is issued or renewed.
Nogpor Verified is not an endorsement or transaction guarantee. It means Nogpor completed the checks described for the badge at the relevant time. A badge does not guarantee that every listing is accurate, that an item is suitable, that a seller will perform, or that a payment or transaction is risk-free. Users should still carry out appropriate checks before paying or transferring value.
8. Messaging and marketplace safety
Nogpor may provide in-platform messaging so a conversation remains connected to the relevant listing. Users are responsible for what they send. Do not use messages for spam, unlawful marketing, harassment, fraud, phishing or requests for prohibited payment or personal information.
For safety, keep relevant communication in Nogpor where practical, inspect higher-value items before payment where appropriate, and report suspicious activity. Nogpor may review reports and, where permitted and necessary for safety or enforcement, relevant account, listing or message information.
9. Finance estimates and financing partners
Finance figures displayed by Nogpor are indicative estimates, not quotations, approvals or offers of credit. They may use assumptions such as item price, deposit, term, estimated rate, product type and condition. Changing an input may change the displayed estimate.
A financing partner is responsible for its own eligibility criteria, identity/document checks, regulatory obligations, final rate, fees, terms and offer. Nogpor does not promise that a user or listing will qualify. Before accepting any finance product, read the partner's final documents and disclosures.
10. Personal accounts and the founding business offer
Personal accounts and standard posting are free under Nogpor's current offer. If Nogpor later introduces a paid optional product or service, the price and material terms will be shown before you choose it. Nogpor will not charge a payment method merely because you created an account.
The founding business offer currently advertised provides eligible companies with two years of Nogpor Premium from public launch at no cost, with up to 100 live postings on the account, subject to these Terms, verification, category rules and reasonable platform limits. The offer does not create a right to post prohibited, duplicate, misleading or unlawful content, and may be refused or withdrawn for abuse, fraud, inaccurate verification information or material breach of these Terms.
11. Early access and the working preview
Nogpor is currently pre-launch. The working preview on this website uses sample listings, companies, prices and interactions for demonstration. Sample data is not an offer and messages inside the preview do not reach the displayed sample seller unless a screen clearly states otherwise.
An early access request asks Nogpor to prepare account setup and contact you about launch. Features, interface details and launch timing may change before public release. We will not represent a request as received unless the registration service actually accepts it.
12. Your content
You keep ownership of content you are entitled to own. By submitting or publishing content to Nogpor, you give Nogpor a non-exclusive licence to host, store, reproduce, format, display and distribute that content only as reasonably needed to operate, promote and improve the marketplace and enforce these Terms. This licence ends when the content is deleted from active systems, subject to reasonable backup, safety, legal and evidential retention.
You confirm that you have the rights needed to provide the content and that Nogpor's permitted use of it will not unlawfully infringe another person's rights.
13. Reports, moderation and enforcement
Nogpor may investigate reports, request information, reduce visibility, pause or remove listings, restrict features, withhold or remove verification, suspend or close accounts, and preserve relevant records where reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these Terms or comply with law.
Membership, Premium status or payment for a future optional service does not exempt anyone from marketplace rules. We aim to make proportionate decisions, but urgent safety or legal concerns may require action before we can obtain a user's response.
14. Third-party services
Nogpor may link to or integrate third-party services such as maps, communications providers, verification providers or financing partners. Their separate terms and privacy notices may apply when you choose those services. Nogpor is not responsible for a third party's independent service merely because it is linked from Nogpor, subject always to rights that cannot legally be excluded.
15. Nogpor intellectual property
Nogpor's name, brand, interface, software, original text, graphics and other platform materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for ordinary use of the service, these Terms do not give you a right to copy, sell, reverse engineer, extract, frame or commercially exploit Nogpor materials without permission, except where applicable law expressly allows it.
16. Availability and changes
We work to keep Nogpor available and accurate, but a pre-launch or online service can experience maintenance, errors, interruptions or changes. We may add, change or retire features, categories or limits. Where a change materially affects an account, paid service or legal right, we will provide notice where required.
17. Marketplace disclaimers
Listings are supplied by users or businesses. Nogpor may moderate and verify certain information, but cannot guarantee every statement, photograph, specification, price, availability, seller act, item condition, title, ownership right or transaction outcome. Users should make checks appropriate to the type and value of the transaction.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability, remedy or consumer right that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
18. Privacy
The Privacy Notice explains what personal data Nogpor collects, why it is used, who it may be shared with, retention standards, marketing choices and your data-protection rights. Optional marketing consent can be withdrawn without closing your account.
19. Ending an account
You may ask to close your account. Nogpor may suspend or close an account for material or repeated breaches, fraud, safety risk, unlawful conduct, verification failure or where required by law. Account closure does not erase obligations or records that lawfully need to survive, including unresolved disputes, enforcement records or rights belonging to other users.
20. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates. Courts or authorities with jurisdiction under applicable UAE law may hear disputes. Nothing here prevents a user from exercising mandatory consumer, data-protection or other statutory rights.
21. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as Nogpor develops, new categories or partners are introduced, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be presented clearly and the effective date will be updated. If applicable law requires a fresh agreement for a change, we will ask for it.
